Worship Service Changes:  One Combined Service Starting July 5

As reported in worship services on Sunday, May 24:

We are going to experiment with changing Sunday mornings to just one combined worship service at 9:30am (instead of our two services at 9:00 and 10:30).  This change will begin on July 5.  The schedule for Sunday mornings will be as follows:

• 9:30-10:30am -  Worship Service
  • Donuts and coffee available as usual before and after worship
  • Children stay in the service until the Children’s Moment, then go down to Sunday School. Parents may pick children up at 10:30 in the Kid’s Classroom.
• 10:30am-12:00pm -  Breakfast Club for youth

The decision to go to one combined worship service was based on the recent survey results regarding what we want our worship service(s) to look like.

We all know that change can be difficult and uncomfortable and that each of us will need to adapt a little.  As we implement this change to our Sunday mornings, we ask that you be open to evaluating and adapting the new format.
