The Faith in Action Team invites the whole congregation to a special evening of dinner, conversation and creative brainstorming on Sunday, February 15 from 5:00–7:00pm in the Great Room.  We’ll enjoy a meal together, watch a short video from the Leadership Institute to spark discussion, and then dream together about how St. Luke can strengthen real, meaningful connections.

This gathering will be offered both in person and on Zoom—but dinner will be served to those attending on site!

What’s this about?

This year, the Faith in Action Team is focusing on loneliness—and how we can respond by intentionally building genuine, face-to-face relationships.  The goal isn’t a large program, but lots of small, creative ideas we can try together to help people feel seen, welcomed, and connected.

This first gathering is all about generating possibilities. No idea is too big or too small—we want a long, imaginative list of ways St. Luke can better connect with our church family and wider community.

That’s why we’re calling this effort “Retro Connect — IRL (in real life).”

Join us on Sunday, February 15 at 5:00pm for dinner, conversation and idea-sharing.
If you plan to attend in-person, RSVP to Roger at roger@stlukeumc.com or 402-333-6886 ext. 300 to help with meal planning.

We’d love to see you there!
