Primary and secondary caregiving is an ever-evolving process and can create a multitude of challenges. Often the focus, at first, is on the needs of the people needing care. Many times the needs of the caregiver are delayed or put aside. The intent of this St. Luke group is to provide a safe place for caregivers to openly discuss personal challenges, victories, joys and needs. We will also share resources, information and experiences to help give support to those having similar experiences at varying stages of the caregiving process.
The Caregiver Support Group meets monthly (most months), on dates indicated in our weekly email. Meetings are held in the Great Room (park in St. Luke’s upper parking lot and enter at the bell tower doors).
